All Phones Data Suite PRO 4.31 brings enhanced functions:
- PBooks - contacts:
- Work with all subentries of phone book in Nokia 7110/6210/6310(i)/3100/3120/6100/6610/6220/7210/7250(i) (support national characters), Alcatel 501/701/715/535/735, Ericsson R520/T39/T68/T65 (supports national characters), Siemens SL45/S45/S45i/ME45/S55/M55/SL55/C65/CT65/M65/S65 (supports national characters), Sony CMD-J5/6/7/70/Z7 (supports national characters) and Sony Ericsson T68i/T610/T630/Z600 (supports national characters) memory.
- Sort phone books in alphabet order and/or in other criteria simply clicking to column header in the list or selecting in the Columns settings dialog.
- Change the position of the phone book entry in Edit dialog or by mouse dragging. In the dialog box for changing position you can change location too (SIM/phone).
- Find any substring in phone book using Find function or replace strings using Find/Replace.
- Search for duplicities.
- Add international calling prefix to numers in national format.
- Add any prefixes such as CLIP, CLIR and so on.
- Numbers from called, received and missed locations you can simply save to phone book.
- Export phone books to CSV, MS Access and VCard formats.
- Print phone book(s) using any installed font in one or two columns.
- Synchronise with phone book files not opened in PBooks (directly from the disk).
- Change positions of columns (you can for exapmle set the Names column to the most left position).
- Defragment phone book entries.
- The program window "remembers" its last position and dimensions.
- Change national characters to their ASCII equivalents.
- Swap name and surname.
- SMSs - short messages:
- Send messages longer than 160 characters (such long message will be splitted to parts with leading '1/8', '2/8'... for example fro message splitted to eight parts).
- Incoming messages can be automaticaly load to program just after receiving.
- Each folder can have filters defined which ensure all messages from a "filtered" number to be saved to this folder.
- There is possible to find any substring in all messages.
- Print messages using any installed font.
- Request delivery report for all parts of the long message or only for first part.
- Specify the special prefix inserted to the start of each message part (before leading '1/8' mark) used for phones not supporting delivery reports (Ericsson). These prefixes are dependent on your network operator (for example '*STAV#' used by T-Mobile in Czech republic).
- If you have Nokia 7110, 6210, 6310(i), 3100, 3120, 6100, 6610, 6220, 7210 or 7250(i) you can work with SMSs and folders saved in phone memory.
- In the Select recipient dialog you can define filters for filtering "not wanted" numbers (it means numbers not able to receive SMS).
- You can change font and color for odd and even parts when writing SMS.
- You can change font and color for a window displaying SMS text too.
- Send "flash" (Class 0) messages not saved to recipient's SIM but only displayed.
- With messages sent by APDS PRO is saved date and time.
- If a number of recipient or sender of message is in phone book found it is displayed on the place of this number.
- Set validity period in very small steps (relatively) or absolutely by specifying the date (in seconds precision).
- Create your own folders.
- Sort the messages by time of the delivery or by other criteria simply clicking to column header in the list or selecting the menu item.
- Forward any incoming message to another recipient.
- Answer any incoming message using a blank or editing an original message.
- The program window "remembers" its last position and dimensions including splitter dividers.

How to register
Registration key is dependent on your fixed disk. It can be restrictive for users who often change hardware. We know it but we think it's one of best program registration method.
Install APDS PRO normally as the basic version. If you run it you have to follow red numbers. For first check please program settings. You can change it by clicking to Change...
Now enter your password and doing it you are ready to send a registration SMS. If you have your phone connected to an operational serial port send registration SMS by clicking to Send registration SMS.
If the registration SMS was sent from a phone number which is stored in our APDS PRO customers database you can await your registration key in a few seconds. In the case of any technical problems on the registration server we guarantee your key delivery in 24 hours. WARNING! We cannot send any registraion keys to unknown numbers!
After receiving your key (it has rather "strange" format but you can identify it because first three characters are 'Key') you can run PhoneServ again and if you have connected your phone to port (or switched on infrared transfer) you can use button Find in incoming SMS.
Very important note for Alcatel 501 and 701 owners: be careful to hold SMS with a key on SIM (in folder Unread). Program cannot work with messages stored in phone's memory and so don't browse this message to its end. But if the message is nevertheless in phone's memory you can forward it to your phone number and store it in SIM again. It's better way than enter the key (without leading Key) to edit box "by hand".
If the key is correct the button End registration comes enabled. Clicking on it you can start working with APDS PRO and use any later upgrades.
Practical note: we recommend back up all program settings. You can make it very easily: run REGEDIT and find and select key APDS (it's located in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software). Now choose Export register file menu item. All settings including registration key are now stored in the file with .REG extension. You can than add these settings to the newly installed system only by double-clicking to this file.
Known bugs
We don't sell you any software with some hidden bugs or lacks:
- Nokia phones cannot give any info about maximal characters for name and number in phone books. So try what is maximal number of characters experimentally on your phone and be careful to don't exceed this number in Edit or New entry dialogs.
